Payment

You can pay in cash or by bank card (debit or credit card). Belgian groups, schools, or companies can pay by invoice if notified in advance.

Please let us know in advance if you prefer to pay by invoice. In this case, please provide us with all the necessary billing information (VAT/company number, billing address, etc.) in advance.

Yes, if you indicate in advance that a visit must be settled by invoice, we will enter the correct details and an invoice will be issued at the end of the month and sent by email or post.

If you pay by invoice, you agree to a payment term of 14 days.
